Join Evolve Therapy Services, LLC as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) at our partner facility in Meyersdale, PA. We offer coverage for PA licensure if not currently licensed.

Job Details
  • Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
Job Purpose

To plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services to ensure high-quality resident care, in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct screenings and determine appropriate interventions based on scope of practice
  • Implement treatment plans and monitor progress towards goals
  • Communicate evaluation findings and treatment recommendations to residents, families, and team members
  • Establish therapy schedules collaboratively with team members
  • Perform therapy sessions, document, and bill services appropriately
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Maintain compliance with CMS documentation standards
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active OTA licensure in practicing state(s)
  • Ongoing continuing education and professional development
