Job Details

Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (In-house Skilled Nursing Facility)
Type: Full Time, Part Time, or PRN available

Job Purpose

To plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, ensuring the highest quality resident care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct resident screenings to determine appropriate interventions
  • Implement treatment plans and follow established goals
  • Communicate evaluation findings and treatment recommendations
  • Coordinate therapy schedules with team members
  • Perform therapy and ensure proper documentation and billing
  • Adhere to CMS documentation standards daily
Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active OTA licensure in applicable state(s)
  • Ongoing continuing education for licensure maintenance
