Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), the COTA will provide therapeutic care to patients in their homes. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities :

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising OT.

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment.

Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate home exercise programs.

Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the OT.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Qualifications :

Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).

Valid state licensure to practice as a COTA.

Previous experience in home health or a similar setting preferred.

CPR certification.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
