Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed COTA to provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes. The role focuses on helping older adults maintain independence and safety through personalized geriatric care in Weston, FL.

The PRN schedule offers flexibility and opportunities to work autonomously with clinical support. Candidates must hold an active Florida COTA license and enjoy collaborative, home-based care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach to working with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement interventions to improve functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment equipment and adaptive devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home.
