Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed COTA to deliver skilled occupational therapy in patients' homes in Temple Terrace, FL. This PRN role supports older adults to maintain independence and safety in their own homes, with flexible assignments that fit your schedule.

You’ll work under established plans of care, document accurately, and collaborate with physicians and families to optimize functional outcomes while enjoying clinical autonomy and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach to working with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment equipment and adaptive devices as needed.
