Job Description:
As a home health Occupational Therapist Assistant, your responsibilities will be to assess patients’ condition and perform home health visits while following the plan of care developed by the supervising OTR, document patient care services and progress/decline in electronic system, perform therapeutic procedures through ADL/IADL performance, and report patient progress to patient/caregivers/physician/agency office as needed.
