Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a caring, licensed COTA to deliver outpatient services in a Home Setting in Boynton Beach, FL. This PRN role starts ASAP and offers competitive compensation with flexible assignments.

The COTA will provide skilled therapy, promote independence in geriatric patients, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team while maintaining documentation and equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
