Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient occupational therapy in an assisted living community in Boynton Beach, FL. The PRN role offers flexible assignments and no driving between homes.

You will work with the interdisciplinary team to support independence for older adults, perform skilled treatments, document accurately, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices.
