Role Overview:
A Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant provides personalized therapy services under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist.
Their primary responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, assisting with vocational and community reintegration activities, designing adaptive equipment, instructing patients and families, and participating in care coordination and discharge planning.
The role focuses on helping patients improve strength, coordination, range of motion, and independence, promoting better quality of life within their home environment.
