Job Summary

• Document services and report progress to OT.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Certified OT Assistant is required and must be maintained.
• Associate’s Degree from accredited OTA program.
• Current state license.
• Experience preferred.
• Previous experience in occupational therapy or rehabilitation is preferred.
