Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our care team. The OTA will work across outpatient patient homes to help individuals improve daily living and working skills.

You will assess patients, create personalized plans, and guide therapeutic activities in home environments. Ideal candidates bring outpatient experience, knowledge of anatomy and ADLs, and strong patient-care skills.

Qualifications

• Outpatient experience in home health or clinical settings.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Expertise in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Strong patient care skills and compassionate approach.
• Experience in occupational health and diverse care environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine needs and goals.
