Job summary

Choice Health at Home in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work under an Occupational Therapist, delivering hands-on treatment to improve patients\' strength, mobility, and ability to perform daily activities.

You will carry out treatment plans, document care, educate patients and families, and follow infection control and agency policies to ensure safe, consistent care.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
• CPR certification.

• Home health or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
