Job summary

The Center at Grande in Tyler, TX is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. You will work closely with Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans and help patients regain independence in daily living activities.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Texas license or eligibility, plus a minimum of 1 year in a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications
