Job summary

The Center at Grande, part of Veritas Skilled Nursing Management, is hiring a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Tyler, TX. You will support OT staff, implement treatment plans, and help residents regain daily living skills in a caring team environment.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and Texas license or eligibility, plus at least 1 year of SNF experience. Competitive hourly pay from $35 to $40, with benefits and PTO available.
