Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team in Lexington, KY. You will work under supervision to support residents’ recovery and daily functional goals, delivering focused therapy services and contributing to timely, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program with a minimum Associate’s Degree.
• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to residents under the supervision of an OT.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation and clinical care teams to implement and adjust therapy plans.

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
