Signature HealthCARE is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for our Signature Rehab team in Tennessee. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to help residents achieve full recovery and return to activities they enjoy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program with at least an Associate’s Degree.
• Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to activities they enjoy.
