Greenfield Rehab in Wisconsin is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team on a full-time and PRN basis at a comprehensive senior campus in Oconomowoc, WI.

You will work within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care and supporting clinical growth with leadership that values your expertise.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school with an associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and geriatric populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services across a continuum of care for seniors.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
