Job summary

Greenfield Rehab is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at a comprehensive senior campus in Lake Geneva, WI. You will navigate complex patient presentations, participate in fast-paced transitions of care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while delivering high-quality, patient-centered OT services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
