Job summary

Adara Living is seeking an innovative Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team in Broomfield, Colorado. This PRN role supports therapists, delivers planned treatments, and contributes to a compassionate, patient-centered environment focused on meaningful outcomes.

You will review plans with supervising therapists, document accurately, administer modalities as indicated, and communicate patient progress to adjust plans while maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-year clinical experience preferred.
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews supervising therapists plan of cares and appropriately delivers treatment interventions in line with plan of care goals.
• Complete timely, accurate and supportive documentation in accordance with company policy and federal and state guidelines/regulations.
• Administer treatment modalities as clinically indicated to treat patient specific needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervising therapist about any acute changes in patient status to allow for assessments to be completed and plan of care adjusted as needed.
• Effectively communicate patient progress and lack of progress to supervising therapist so treatment can be adjusted to better meet patient’s needs.
• Assist with management of OT caseload along with DOR and supervising therapist
• Be familiar with Colorado State Practice Act and Laws in regard to visit count, progress note guidelines and regulatory guidelines to ensure ethical practice.
