As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients with diminished physical capabilities live independently and achieve their full potential. About the Role:

As an OT or SLP with White Glove Community Care, you will design and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patients' physical and cognitive abilities. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to identify and address specific needs and goals. Your expertise will help patients develop the skills necessary to perform daily living activities, participate in meaningful occupations, and maintain independence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patients' physical and cognitive abilities
