Responsabilités

• Responsible for calling patients into treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintains cleanliness of the facility throughout the day.
• Washes and dries laundry, ensuring towels are clean and available.
• Assists team members to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Keeps a safe and orderly work environment.
• Answers phone calls and schedules patients as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Occupational Therapist Aide is the liaison between the patient and the Occupational Therapist. The role includes assisting the patient from time of arrival to their departure, making sure patients have a positive experience.
