Jefferson Health Plans is hiring a Staff Level I Occupational Therapist to evaluate, treat, and discharge plan for patients across acute care, skilled facilities, acute rehab, and outpatient settings. You will collaborate with health-care professionals, document progress, participate in student education, and maintain compliance with NBCOT and CPR/BLS requirements.

The position is based at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia with a day shift.

Qualifications

• Education: OT degree from an accredited program.
• 0–2 years clinical practice; 1 year preferred.
• Valid state license in Occupational Therapy; NBCOT certification required.
• CPR certification (AHA) for Healthcare Providers, BLS.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Treat patients across acute care, skilled facility, rehab, and outpatient settings.
• Participate in student education.
• Record progress and maintain documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
