Provide client-centered occupational therapy across preventive, acute, and rehabilitative care. You’ll support individuals’ physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and sensory needs to promote independence, well‑being, and meaningful participation in daily life. In a consultative role, you’ll assist with mental health screening, assessment, and care coordination—helping patients maximize function and reduce the need for higher levels of care.
This role spans preventive, acute, and rehabilitative care, with a strong focus on helping patients build independence, prevent decline, and reduce the need for more intensive services—while delivering compassionate, high‑quality occupational therapy every step of the way.
