Job summary

Qualifications

• Washington OT license required upon hire.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association required upon hire.
• Master's Degree Occupational Therapy or Ph.D. Occupational Therapy preferred.
• 1 year specialized OT training or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations, modalities and treatments.
• Maintain highest quality patient care per hospital/department policies.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation leadership and department director.
