Qualifications

• License to practice OT in Indiana or eligibility.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and plan treatment programs.
• Provide occupational therapy procedures to restore function and maximize quality of life.
• Educate patients/caregivers on goals, methods, and outcomes.
• Document patient progress in medical records.
• Reevaluate progress and advise on disposition.
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals.
