Job summary

AGES Learning Solutions LLC – ABA Therapy in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric therapy team. Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, document findings, and support discharge planning.

You will mentor interns, provide home programs, participate in staff trainings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. NBCOT and California licensure required; 1 year pediatric clinical experience preferred; competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification required/Registration with NBCOT.
• Licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical pediatric therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Document findings accurately and manage discharge planning.
• Develop and implement home programs with perceptual, motor, and sensory strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document findings, and manage discharge planning
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough treatment documentation and goal tracking for each child
• Develop and implement home programs as needed, incorporating perceptual, motor, and sensory-based strategies
• Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and volunteers within the occupational therapy program
• Participate in staff meetings and in-service trainings, with opportunities to lead or present training sessions.

Qualifications

• Certification and/or Registration: Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a pediatric therapy setting
