Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist to conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document findings, and manage discharge planning.

You will maintain accurate treatment records, implement home programs, train interns and volunteers, participate in staff trainings, and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑focused clinical team.

Qualifications

• NBCOT registration and California CBOT licensure required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical pediatric therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document findings, and manage discharge planning
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough treatment documentation and goal tracking for each child
• Develop and implement home programs as needed, incorporating perceptual, motor, and sensory-based strategies
• Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and volunteers within the occupational therapy program
• Participate in staff meetings and in-service trainings, with opportunities to lead or present training sessions.

Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations
