Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license required.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required.
• Experience or interest in pediatric school-based occupational therapy or special education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group OT services to K-12 students.

Your Impact as a School‑Based Occupational Therapist

Students need a dedicated OT who can help them participate, learn, and thrive in their school environment.

In This Role, You’ll

• Provide individualized and small‑group occupational therapy services to K–12 students
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor occupational therapy goals within Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support fine motor development, handwriting, sensory regulation, executive functioning, and functional independence
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and related service providers
• Recommend classroom accommodations, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records

Most importantly, you’ll help students overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What We’re Looking For

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience or interest in pediatric occupational therapy, school‑based services, or special education
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• A student‑centered approach and genuine passion for helping children succeed
• Availability to begin as soon as possible is strongly preferred
