Job summary

Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide onsite OT services across a school district near Wilmington, DE. The role is full-time (35 hours weekly) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, delivering direct and consultative support aligned with IEPs and district goals.

You will assess student needs, develop individualized plans, and document progress while collaborating with teachers and families. Willingness to travel between schools and complete background checks is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Bring your expertise as an Occupational Therapist to support students across a diverse and welcoming school district near Wilmington, DE. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to make a daily impact, working with a variety of students and collaborating with dedicated educational professionals. You’ll provide onsite OT services throughout the district, helping students reach their fullest potential and ensuring they have access to the tools needed for academic and personal growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist license (must be included with application)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs, goal setting, and progress monitoring in a school context
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to travel between different schools within the district
• Willingness to pay for required CBC fingerprinting ($85) and complete necessary district contractor packet and background checks
