The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, active OT licensure, and BLS/CPR certification. 0-2 years of experience is preferred; strong collaboration and commitment to patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• 0-2 yrs experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/OT license).
• BLS/CPR certification.
