Job summary

The Phoenix Center for Rehab & Pediatrics in Haskell, NJ is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric units on a full-time basis. You will screen patients, perform evaluations, develop treatment and discharge plans, and collaborate with the OT Assistant to deliver high-quality services.

The Phoenix Center for Rehab & Pediatrics is a skilled nursing facility located in Haskell, NJ caring for both the Pediatric and Geriatric populations. We are looking for a caring and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and work Full-time hours in our Pediatric units.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who has the desire to implement high-quality Occupational Therapy services and who is strong in identifying patient needs, a team player and efficient with their time.
