Sarah, INC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for our Wallingford, CT area program. This position focuses on family-centered activities that promote positive outcomes for young children and their families, with a compensation package including salary, quarterly incentives, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities include evaluating families, planning developmentally appropriate curriculums, and coordinating EI services to achieve desired outcomes while complying with state quality

Qualifications

• CT Occupational Therapist license required.
• Driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Internet access and cell phone required.

Hours: 40 hours/week

Location: Wallingford area

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and assessing children and families to assist with and planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and IFSP’s that will meet the individual developmental needs of young children and their families.
• Completing and maintaining records in accordance with applicable regulations and as assigned.
• Performing functions of service coordinator including ensuring that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served and meet the standards as established by the state’s quality assurance team.

Requirements

• Valid occupational therapy license in the state of CT.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
• Must have internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
