Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. Therapeutic Interventions
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, activities, and exercises to enhance patients' fine motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing.
  • Utilize adaptive equipment and assistive devices to support patients in performing daily activities.
  • Educate patients and their families on strategies for adapting their environment and routines to improve independence and safety.
  • Provide guidance on home exercises and techniques for continued progress beyond therapy sessions.
Progress Monitoring and Documentation
  • Regularly assess and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and speech therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide holistic support and guidance.
