Salmon Creek Post Acute & Rehab in Vancouver, WA invites an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at this 120-bed skilled nursing facility. The role involves collaboration with a dynamic therapy team to deliver high-quality OT services to our residents.

We offer meaningful patient care, a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend rotation, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support professional growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current state OT license in good standing.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Collaborate with the in-house therapy team to develop patient treatment plans.
• Support resident mobility, daily living activities, and functional outcomes.

Salmon Creek Acute & Rehabilitation offers around‑the‑clock skilled nursing in a residential setting.
