Americare Therapy Services Inc. is hiring an Occupational Therapist to deliver physician-prescribed therapy in patients' homes. You will work with the healthcare team to monitor progress, adjust plans, and communicate patient status to physicians and care teams.

The Occupational Therapist provides physician‑prescribed occupational therapy to improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient. Maintains ongoing communication with the Physician, healthcare team, and other individuals as needed regarding aspects of care and patient’s status. Communicates with Americare Therapy Services as needed regarding issues related to Rehab services and indicated patient care.
