Job summary

Soaring on Hope Pediatric Therapy Center in Tulsa, OK, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative team dedicated to child development. You will evaluate and treat children aged 0–21, create individualized plans, and partner with families to support meaningful participation in daily life.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapy License (or eligible).
• NBCOT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, neurological, orthopedic, behavioral, and functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, self-care, handwriting, executive functioning, coordination, and functional independence.
• Partner with families through education, coaching, and home programs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in department meetings and professional development.

Education

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

Oklahoma Occupational Therapy License (or eligible)

What You'll Do

You’ll help children ages 0–21 build the skills they need to participate more fully in everyday life through compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered care.
