Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings.

You will assess functional abilities, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver interventions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain documentation, and educate patients, families, and staff, with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• OT licensure required in the state
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
