Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare Tampa Office is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team in Auburndale, FL and surrounding areas. The role offers full-time and PRN/per diem options, with a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 per year for full-time work.

You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to help patients regain mobility and independence after illness or surgery, while educating families on balance, walking, and fall prevention.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program (AOTA-approved).
• Active OT license in Florida.
• 1+ years of OT experience; home health preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality, personalized home health care.
• Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.
• Educate patients and families on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline.
• Assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment.
