Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy in Texarkana, TX is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-home and hybrid therapy team. This PRN/Part-Time role offers flexible scheduling and a starting pay of $70 per session, with sign-on bonuses and CEU stipends.

As part of a collaborative, mission-driven group, you will develop individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, self-regulation, and play, while educating families and coordinating with PTs

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred (enthusiastic new grads welcome!).
• Playful, patient, and resourceful attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings.
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play.
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation.
