Job summary

Synchrony in Terre Haute, Indiana seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions in an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes licensure, CPR certification, and patient-centered care.

The OT will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, educate patients and families on activities of daily living, document progress, and collaborate with team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience: 0-1 years
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
