Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for full-time work in Tallahassee, FL. The role supports patients across skilled nursing, home health, outpatient, and hospital settings with a focus on functional and cognitive rehabilitation.

You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure orders are current.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification may be required by the state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
