Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a leading therapy organization with 30+ years of experience to hire an Occupational Therapist. The role serves patients across skilled nursing, home health, senior living, outpatient, and hospital settings in Florida.

The OT will evaluate functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
• NBCOT certification as an OTR (if required by the state)
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
