Job summary

Therapy World LLC is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Rock Hill, SC team. You will evaluate patients, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to restore independence and quality of life.

Requirements include a Master's/Doctoral degree in OT and SC licensure (or eligibility), with NBCOT certification in process. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OT licensure in the state of South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain).
• NBCOT certification required or in process.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in discharge planning and community reintegration efforts
