Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care, design personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through evidence‑based interventions to improve independence.

You will perform comprehensive assessments of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, build meaningful therapeutic relationships, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
