Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC. in Sierra Vista, Arizona, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a hospital-based rehabilitation team.

The OT will support patients across acute care, inpatient, medical-surgical, and outpatient settings to improve functional independence. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy to enhance daily living skills, documenting progress, and collaborating with clinicians and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Rehabilitation or Acute Care experience preferred.
