LTC Therapy in Sharon, MA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility. You will develop personalized treatment plans to improve safety, independence, and participation in daily activities for residents.

The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive evaluations, coordinate with nursing and physicians, document care plans, and promote evidence-based interventions with a focus on cognition, upper-extremity function, balance, and adaptive

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license required.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities
