The Occupational Therapist is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Seattle Area. This position is responsible for evaluating residents’ functional abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-informed interventions to improve independence in daily living activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, providing therapeutic exercises and activities, training in adaptive equipment use, and documenting progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. The Occupational Therapist collaborates closely with nursing, rehabilitation, and medical teams, communicates with residents and families about care plans, and participates in care conferences to support safe transitions and ongoing continuity of care.
