RET Physical Therapy & Healthcare Specialists in Seattle, WA is seeking an Occupational Therapist with hand therapy experience for a full-time opportunity. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and pay ranging from $45.00 to $65.00 per hour, depending on experience.

As part of our team, you’ll provide evidence-based hand therapy, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary group.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Washington.
• Hand Therapy Experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history.
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns.
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed.
