Angels Care Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our full-time team in Scottsdale, AZ. You will conduct clinical assessments, develop and update plans of care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.

Competenze

• Must hold a current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Must have current CPR and Hepatitis profile.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment.

Mansioni

• Perform clinical assessments and identify patient needs and appropriateness of care.
• Document, prepare, and complete a Plan of Care, progress notes, and other clinical records continuously.
• Revise the Plan of Care based on evaluation and ongoing assessment.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions while coordinating/performing patient care.
• Accept clinical assignments within education and competence to care for patients.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with the care team.
• Assess physical, social, and cultural components of the patient’s occupational environment.
