Qualifications

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment; identify patient needs and appropriateness of care.
• Document and complete a Plan of Care and progress notes.
• Revise the POC based on ongoing evaluation.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions.
• Accept assignments within education and competence.
• Assess physical, social, and cultural components of the patient’s occupational environment.
